Mission First – People Always – Fire Officer Expectations
This session will be led by Randy Royal, Fire Chief of the Colorado Springs Fire Department. It will provide a presentation on the culture of “Mission First/People Always” and the importance of Fire Officer Expectations within a fire department. The who, what, when, and how of providing specific and meaningful expectations that align with the department’s mission, values, and goals. The importance of these guidelines and their impact on providing members with focus and purpose will be discussed throughout.
