These meetings are held 3x a year in different locations around the state. It includes in-person presentations on important issues and is a great networking opportunity. Attendance = 125 – 150 Fire Chiefs.

This opportunity helps cover any speaker fees associated with the presentation and gives companies an opportunity to introduce a presenter while showing their commitment to education.

Opening Welcome Reception - Call for Pricing

This Tuesday night event is held at the Adventure Center and is always full of excitement as attendees and exhibitors come together to kick off Fire Leadership Challenge. This event includes food and 2 drink tickets. Custom sponsorship packages available for partial or exclusive sponsorship.

Closing Reception - Call for Pricing

The Closing Reception on Thursday Night immediately following the last sessions of the day. It includes appetizers, drinks and live entertainment. Custom sponsorship packages available for partial or exclusive sponsorship.

Breakfast or Lunch Sponsor - $2,500 per event

FLC attendees love that meals are provided and come to eat and meet with others. This sponsorship includes signage by the food stations during breakfast and/or lunch.

Conference WiFi - $2,000 - ON HOLD

FLC wouldn’t be possible without WiFi in the convention center. Help make it possible for all FLC attendees to connect and access everything they need all week long. Sponsor receives logo recognition and signage.

Lanyards - $1,575 - SOLD

Conference badges must be worn all week to all events so this is a great branding opportunity for your company to be seen.
