Volunteer Opportunities

Vehicle Pick-Up & Memorial Set-Up
Monday, September 14 – Tuesday, September 15
Help prepare vehicles, equipment, and hotel operations before families arrive.

Drivers
Wednesday, September 16 – Sunday, September 20
Drive families between the airport, hotels, and Memorial events using our volunteer vehicle fleet.

Airport Greeters
Wednesday, September 16 – Friday, September 18
Welcome arriving families at the Colorado Springs Airport and assist them with transportation.

Hotel Hosts
Wednesday, September 16 – Sunday, September 20
Assist families at The Antlers Hotel by answering questions, providing event information, and helping ensure they have everything they need during their stay.

Procession Assistance
Saturday, September 19
Help coordinate the fire apparatus and motorcycle procession to the Memorial site.

Breakdown & Family Departures
Sunday, September 20
Assist with event breakdown, equipment return, and supporting families as they depart Colorado Springs.
