REFUND POLICY:

If written notice of cancellation is received on or before Monday, October 3, your registration fee will be refunded less a $50 administrative charge.  Cancellations received after Monday, October 3 will not be eligible for a refund, but substitutions are permitted.  No shows will not be refunded.
